Position: Sales Engineer (Water pump and heat pump) 

Location: Kathmandu 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing technical expertise to support our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in various sectors including industrial, commercial, and residential markets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and deliver technical presentations.
• Provide technical support and expertise on water pump and heat pump products to customers and internal teams.
• Assist in the selection, sizing, and application of pumps based on customer specifications and requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Prepare and present detailed and competitive proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the engineering, production, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback on product performance and market needs to drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company and products.

Qualifications:

• Masters/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven four years of experience in sales engineering in the water pump or heat pump industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of water and heat pump systems and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and requirements.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in SAP software is preferable. 
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Mandatory two wheelers and license.
