Position: Sales Engineer (Water pump and heat pump)

Location: Kathmandu

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing technical expertise to support our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in various sectors including industrial, commercial, and residential markets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and deliver technical presentations.
Provide technical support and expertise on water pump and heat pump products to customers and internal teams.
Assist in the selection, sizing, and application of pumps based on customer specifications and requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and troubleshooting as needed.
Prepare and present detailed and competitive proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the engineering, production, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback on product performance and market needs to drive continuous improvement.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company and products.

Qualifications:

Masters/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven four years of experience in sales engineering in the water pump or heat pump industry.
Strong technical knowledge of water and heat pump systems and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and requirements.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in SAP software is preferable.
Willingness to travel as required.
Mandatory two wheelers and license.
