Job Description

Risen Energy is seeking a qualified and dedicated Electrical Overseer to join our team at our 25MWp Solar Farm in Bidur-6, Nuwakot. This is a full-time on-site role responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance (O&M) activities of the solar power plant, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily monitoring, inspection, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment at the solar farm.
Supervise electrical maintenance tasks to ensure uninterrupted energy production.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical faults and system failures.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during O&M activities.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance work and operational performance.
Coordinate with technical teams and report regularly to senior management.
