Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment for hydropower plants
Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical teams on-site
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during construction and operations
Maintain accurate records and documentation of electrical work performed
Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed

Note: These positions are for the following hydropower projects:

Kabeli 3 Hydropower Project (HPP) - 21.93 MW
Super Kabeli Khola A HPP - 13.5 MW
Super Kabeli Khola Cascade HPP - 12 MW

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
At least 1 year of experience in operations, maintenance, or erection of electrical systems in a hydropower plant
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety practices
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards
