Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for experienced and motivated Electrical / Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in the design, execution, and management of solar PV and electro-mechanical projects, contributing to the successful delivery of EPC projects. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy hands-on technical work, site execution, and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design, installation, and commissioning of solar PV systems and electro-mechanical systems.
Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), BOQs, and technical documentation.
Lead and manage on-site execution of EPC projects.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all project activities.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the energy sector (preferably renewable/solar).
Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems and electro-mechanical systems.
Experience in EPC project execution and site management.
Ability to read and prepare technical drawings and documentation.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Leadership ability with experience managing teams on-site.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in both site and office environments.
