About the job

Job Summary: This is a full-time role for an Electrical Project Engineer located in Kathmandu. The Electrical Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing electrical aspects of construction projects, from design and drafting to testing and commissioning.

The primary job duties and responsibilities:

Design & Draft: Develop electrical designs and draft detailed plans for building projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Electrical Building Design/ Load Calculation: Perform load calculations and design electrical systems for buildings considering various factors
Testing & Commissioning: Coordinate and conduct testing procedures to ensure the functionality and safety of electrical systems and oversee the commissioning process
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of electrical designs, specifications and project progress
Billing verification and calculation
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, address inquiries and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Supervise electrical teams by providing direction and guidance to complete the project within budget, time and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications include:

3-5 years of Expertise in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering
Knowledge of Electricity, Power Systems, and Power Distribution
Ability to collaborate with project managers and teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

We provide single source delivery system for both design and construction services. Our Construction Management approach focuses on vigorously controlling project time, cost, quality and scope throughout a project's pre-construction and construction phases. Our integrated project management system accurately accesses the project status to minimize the owner's risk.
