Job Overview: 

Shaurya Cements Industries Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and possess a degree in BE/Dilpoma. This role involves managing and maintaining electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure smooth and efficient cement manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems and equipment.
• Perform regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Develop and implement control systems to optimize production processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Conduct routine testing and calibration of instruments to ensure accuracy.
• Provide technical support and training to operational staff on electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Document all maintenance, repair activities, and system updates accurately.

Qualifications and Skills:

• BE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the cement or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, and instrumentation.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
