We are currently seeking motivated Education Counselor to join our dynamic team as we expand our outreach and support services. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level professional who is passionate about guiding students and professionals in their educational journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized counseling to students and professionals, helping them identify educational paths that align with their career goals.
Conduct workshops and informational sessions on educational programs, scholarships, and career planning.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and industry partners to enhance resource availability.
Assess client needs through one-on-one consultations and tailor recommendations accordingly.
Stay updated on trends in education and workforce development to provide relevant advice and support.
Collaborate with team members to create educational materials and resources that meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in educational counseling or a similar role, with a strong understanding of academic programs and career pathways.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate clients.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving and client support.
