Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Education Counselor to guide students toward aviation, engineering, and advanced technical graduate and postgraduate programs overseas. The counselor will provide academic guidance, university selection support, and career planning to ensure students’ international studies translate into tangible contributions to Nepal’s workforce and development.

Key Responsibilities

Advise students on graduate and postgraduate programs in aviation and engineering
Guide students in selecting programs not available in Nepal
Assist with international applications (SOPs, CVs, research proposals, transcripts)
Align student education with Nepal’s future workforce and development goals
Track student applications from counseling to enrollment
Build partnerships with global universities and academic institutions

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Engineering, Aviation, Counseling, or related field
Experience in graduate/postgraduate admissions counseling or international education
Strong understanding of global higher education systems
Passion for Nepal’s technical and economic development
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

Background in aviation or engineering education
Experience guiding Master’s and PhD applicants
Familiarity with research-based admissions processes
Fluent in English and Nepali
