Job Title: Education Counsellor

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Above in relevant discipline.
Country: Australia, U.K., USA, Canada, New Zealand

Key Responsibilities:

Provide adequate and accurate information to clients
Provide full information about their interested country’s documentation
Give career counseling to the students face to face, over the telephone, or online, proposing best options for their career abroad
Have adequate knowledge of the application and Visa services.
Own a good knowledge about all the different universities, fees and courses they are providing.
Maintain confidentiality of client’s record
Build a relationship of trust and respect with clients.
Listen to clients' concerns, empathize with them, and help them to see things more clearly or in a different way.
Communicate with different clients to know about their needs, and help them to plan the best procedures to achieve their needs and requirements
Guide students to prepare required documents
Prepare and execute plans and ideas based on marketing activities
Make sure the clients are satisfied with our services and follow up

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar filed is preferred
