Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Above in relevant discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide adequate and accurate information to clients
• Provide full information about their interested country’s documentation
• Give career counseling to the students face to face, over the telephone, or online, proposing best options for their career abroad 
• Have adequate knowledge of the application and Visa services.
• Own a good knowledge about all the different universities, fees and courses they are providing.
• Maintain confidentiality of client’s record
• Build a relationship of trust and respect with clients.
• Listen to clients' concerns, empathize with them, and help them to see things more clearly or in a different way.
• Communicate with different clients to know about their needs, and help them to plan the best procedures to achieve their needs and requirements
• Guide students to prepare required documents
• Prepare and execute plans and ideas based on marketing activities
• Make sure the clients are satisfied with our services and follow up

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar filed is preferred
