Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Education Consultant specializing in Japan and Australia to guide students through the process of studying abroad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert counseling, application assistance, and visa guidance to students interested in pursuing higher education in Japan and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel and guide students regarding study opportunities in Japan and Australia.
Assist students in selecting the right universities/colleges and courses based on their academic background and career goals.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarship opportunities, and visa procedures.
Handle application processes including documentation, SOPs, and follow-up with universities.
Guide students through visa documentation and interview preparation.
Organize and conduct seminars, webinars, and workshops on studying in Japan and Australia.
Maintain good relationships with partner institutions and ensure timely communication.
Keep updated on education systems, university rankings, new visa policies, and embassy announcements.
Maintain a student database and track applications and conversions.
Offer post-landing support and pre-departure briefings.
