Job Description

Preparing schedule for various co-curricular and extracurricular activities class for the entire academic session
ECA class division as per the interest of students, monitoring ECA classes, and ECA syllabus
Maintaining the attendance register of ECA instructors and the students enrolled in the ECA class
Dividing the students proportionately into different houses
Forming student body, appointing Class Representative, House Representative and Batch President through election campaign and voting
Planning and organizing school functions such as Students Day, Parents Day, Farewell Program, Award Ceremony, etc
Planning and organizing community service, social campaign and charity programs
Planning and organizing field trips, excursions, adventurous trip such as trekking, hiking, rafting, cycling etc.
To observe and ensure that the given ECA curriculum is being followed and progress is constantly tracked.
