Job Description

Plan and conduct Student Assembly
Prepare routines for ECA classes
Has to help E.C.A. teachers with class/material/event management
Monitor and Evaluate ECA teachers
Plan and conduct House wise and class wise ECA/CCA competitions
Conduct ECA events (sports day, parents day, exhibition, field trips, excursions)
Facilitate the Literary Club to publish the School Newsletters
Record House/Individual student's achievement
Plan and conduct Festival celebration
To keep stock and check the condition of all ECA equipment
Prepare the financial statement of every ECA program organized
