Roles and responsibilities of this job

Design and implement an annual schedule for ECA/CCA program aligned with the school's vision and goals.
Coordinate with instructors and subject teachers for effective activity execution.
Organize intra-school and inter-school competitions, events, and cultural programs.
Maintain records of student participation and achievements.
Motivate students to actively engage in activities by creating a competitive and inclusive environment.
Collaborate with school administration and parents to enhance student engagement.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students during activities and events.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, making improvements as needed
Ensure adherence to rules and procedures during activities.
