  • Four-wheeler driver with at least 5 years of professional driving experience and with a valid driving license.

Job Description

  • Maintaining a daily driver log of check in and check out details of vehicles with daily entries and addresses, travel times, mileage, and service performed
  • Inspecting vehicles before each shift, checking the fuel, oil and any needed repairs.
  • Driving an ambulance as quickly and safely as possible to transport patient to the hospital or any other area mentioned.
  • Maintaining the vehicle safe and clean.
  • In case of accidents, applying the accident procedures as mentioned in the driving protocol of the organization.
  • Report facts concerning accidents or incidents to administration.
  • Preparing the vehicle, undertaking all checks before commencing a shift. Ensuring the vehicle is kept tidy at all times and all personal belongings are removed at the end of each shift.
  • Promptly informing the in-charge of any tickets against the hospital vehicle during working hours.
  • Keeping the hospital vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
  • Providing accurate time records of the hospital vehicle’s coming and goings.
