Tender Officer

The Tender Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the tender process, ensuring that all tender documentation including financial & technical documents is accurate, compliant, and submitted within the required deadlines. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of tender and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and manage technical and commercial documents related to tender submissions. Ensure that all tender documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with client requirements
• Coordination and Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., project managers, finance, legal, and technical teams) to gather necessary information for tender documents. Ensure all contributors understand their responsibilities and deadlines.
• Tender Timelines: Develop and maintain a tender schedule to manage the submission process effectively. Ensure all documentation is prepared and submitted in a timely manner to meet tender deadlines.
• Bid Support: Assist the tender team in preparing supporting documentation, including company profiles, project case studies, financial statements, and other required materials.
• Database Management: Maintain a database of previous tender submissions, templates, and other resources to support future tender processes. Ensure all tender documentation is properly archived and easily accessible.
• Market Research: Conduct research on potential tender opportunities and stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry requirements.
