Position: Documentation Intern

Location: Sankhamul

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday)

Reports to: Team Leader/Mentor

We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong desire to learn and exceptional writing skills to join our team as a Documentation Intern.

As a Documentation intern, you will:

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for our products and services.
  • Collaborate with developers and project managers to gather information and ensure the accuracy of documentation.
  • Edit and proofread documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.
  • Create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to enhance the understanding of technical concepts.
  • Assist in the development of templates and guidelines for documentation.
  • Search for and identify relevant tender notices from various sources, including online databases, government websites, and industry publications.
  • Review and summarize tender documents, highlighting key requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare and submit tender proposals in a timely manner.
  • Write and edit proposals, ensuring they meet the requirements outlined in the tender documents.
  • Maintain records of tender notices, proposals, and submissions, ensuring they are organized and up-to-date.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to gather information from various sources, including, government notice, tender notice, and others.
