Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation Management:

Receive candidate documents promptly and ensure they meet quality standards.
Create effective CVs by gathering accurate information from candidates.
Organize and maintain accurate records of client and candidate information.
Ensure all documentation adheres to the company documentation policy.

2. Recruitment Coordination:

Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
Collaborate with team members to match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
Conduct mock interviews and feedback sessions to boost candidates' confidence and readiness.
Provide guidance and advice to candidates throughout the application and interview process.

3. Marketing and Sourcing:

Collaborate with teams to source and attract high-quality candidates.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to meet recruitment demands within specified timeframes.
Explore new areas, platforms, and partnerships for candidate sourcing, optimizing reach and efficiency.
Assist in creating engaging job advertisements and branding.

What We Offer:

Monthly Salary: Minimum NPR 20,000-30,000 (Plus Negotiable)
