About the job

Join our dynamic team at Admire International Education where we specialize in guiding students through the international education journey. We are looking for a dedicated Document Manager who is meticulous, organized, and has a strong command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Receive, review, and process incoming documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Assist and guide students in writing visa application statements.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely collection and submission of all necessary documents.
Collaborate with the team to resolve any document-related issues or discrepancies.
Monitor and track document progress to meet application deadlines and organizational targets.

Requirements :

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Sound knowledge of computer applications.
Strong research abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with international education requirements and documentation, particularly for countries like Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA, Ireland, and others, would be beneficial.
