Join our dynamic team at Admire International Education where we specialize in guiding students through the international education journey. We are looking for a dedicated Document Manager who is meticulous, organized, and has a strong command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process incoming documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Assist and guide students in writing visa application statements.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely collection and submission of all necessary documents.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve any document-related issues or discrepancies.
• Monitor and track document progress to meet application deadlines and organizational targets.

Requirements : 

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Sound knowledge of computer applications.
• Strong research abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with international education requirements and documentation, particularly for countries like Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA, Ireland, and others, would be beneficial.
