Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Programme development and implementation: Project planning, Implementation, coordination/collaboration, reporting and regular coordination, support, and facilitate, mobilization and overall management of Volunteers
- Capacity Building: Design and delivering workshops and trainings, staffs mobilization, staffs capacity enhancement and performance management, development, documentation and organization of information, etc
- Lead in finance management: Budget planning, tracking budget expenditure versus budget planning, financial reporting, support in financial payment and settlement of volunteer allowance, host those and action learner's activities, etc
- Monitoring and Evaluation : Ensure data management system , track all the project related data, take lead in data collection and monitoring activities as required and facilitated activities against targeted plans
- Other support: Create a self-support system within the project areas and project team, establish and promote better coordination and linkage with likeminded organization, and stakeholders, international volunteer management and fulfil other appropriate level responsibilities as demand of the project
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in social science or any other discipline with at least 2-year relevant experience
Skills and Knowledge:
- Project management
- Good communication skill with good English and Nepali language competency, written and spoken
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft office package, email, and Internet
- Working ability in multicultural environment, social behaviour and excellent coordination skills
- Experience in local planning process
- Knowledge in CP
