Job Location: Province 1 (Sunsari), Province 3 (Dhading), Gandaki Province (Kaski), Sudurpaschim Province (Kailali)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the training program management in the assigned districts involving trainers, teacher education network, local government and local strategic partnerships
- Manage the funds for the training delivery and in the assigned districts
- Liaise with local municipalities/authorities to release teachers and head teachers to participate in the training
- Arrange venue and logistics for the trainings in coordination with local Resource Centers and Municipalities
- Be responsible for the distribution and collection of baseline and endline survey forms and entry with e-form
- Provide monthly activity and financial report
Skills and Knowledge:
- Good management and communication skills, written and spoken English and Nepali language; good computer skills in Microsoft office package, email and Internet
- Working ability in multicultural environment; Admirable social behaviour and coordination skills
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 2-years of relevant experience or experienced on connecting classroom
