Job Location: Province 1 (Sunsari), Province 3 (Dhading), Gandaki Province (Kaski), Sudurpaschim Province (Kailali)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the training program management in the assigned districts involving trainers, teacher education network, local government and local strategic partnerships
Manage the funds for the training delivery and in the assigned districts
Liaise with local municipalities/authorities to release teachers and head teachers to participate in the training
Arrange venue and logistics for the trainings in coordination with local Resource Centers and Municipalities
Be responsible for the distribution and collection of baseline and endline survey forms and entry with e-form
Provide monthly activity and financial report

Skills and Knowledge:

Good management and communication skills, written and spoken English and Nepali language; good computer skills in Microsoft office package, email and Internet
Working ability in multicultural environment; Admirable social behaviour and coordination skills

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 2-years of relevant experience or experienced on connecting classroom

Duration: Eight Month (Extendable) / August 2019 - February 2020
