Position Title: Operations Director

Location: Leadership Academy Nepal (LAN)

Reports to: CEO/COO

Education Requirement: MBA or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience

Job Summary:

The Operations Director ensures the seamless functioning of LAN's operations, aligning activities with organizational goals and driving efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage core operations, ensuring alignment with LAN’s mission and strategic objectives.
Oversee daily operations, coordinating cross-functional teams to foster effective collaboration.
Develop and implement efficient workflows, prioritize tasks, and track project milestones.
Directly lead and manage agreed flagship projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Prepare and present progress reports on projects, resource utilization, and strategic initiatives.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Represent LAN at external meetings and events with stakeholders and partners.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Ability to work as a team member in various teams simultaneously.
Strong operational management experience with a focus on process improvement.
Ability to assess the business environment and set achievable goals.
Analytical skills to address complex challenges and provide strategic solutions.
Risk management expertise to identify and mitigate organizational risks.
Willing to travel.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
