Binaytara is a US-based global oncology equity nonprofit and the largest continuing education provider for oncology professionals in the United States. Through the Binaytara Cancer Research Institute and programs internationally, including in Nepal and Nigeria, Binaytara works to close cancer care gaps in underserved regions. In Nepal, Binaytara has partnered with Binaytara Cancer Trust to deliver care through Binaytara Health Clinic in Janakpur, run cancer screening programs across the region, and establish a dedicated cancer hospital in Janakpur to expand access to treatment.
Position Summary
The Director of Finance and Administration will lead financial management and administrative operations for Binaytara's Nepal country office. This role ensures financial integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance across all Nepal-based programs, while working collaboratively with Binaytara Cancer Trust to ensure that programs supported by Binaytara are successful. The Director will bring strong technical finance skills together with the relationship management needed to coordinate effectively across a US-based nonprofit and its Nepali implementing partner.
