We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Sales Assistant for a newly established role in our expanding Sales & Marketing Department. Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager, this position will be playing a pivotal role in our team. The role involves engaging existing customers through targeted phone calls and crafting persuasive sales emails. Given the growth of our customer base, we need a dedicated Digital Sales Assistant to reach out to this customer base via digital channels, primarily Email and Phone, encouraging increased use of our service and by extension increase sales.

Responsibilities:

Phone-based Customer Engagement:

• Initiate outbound calls to existing customers, employing effective sales techniques.
• Encourage customers to re-engage with our services and gather insights for business intelligence.
• Maintain a positive and customer-friendly phone demeanour.

Sales Email Creation:

• Craft compelling sales emails to drive customer engagement and repeat business.
• Embrace A.I.-based tools to enhance email content and improve final results.
• Leverage experience with email marketing platforms to define target audiences and schedule impactful sales emails.
