We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Sales Assistant for a newly established role in our expanding Sales & Marketing Department. Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager, this position will be playing a pivotal role in our team. The role involves engaging existing customers through targeted phone calls and crafting persuasive sales emails. Given the growth of our customer base, we need a dedicated Digital Sales Assistant to reach out to this customer base via digital channels, primarily Email and Phone, encouraging increased use of our service and by extension increase sales.

We love innovation and in this innovative environment, we embrace A.I.-based tools as valuable assistants to help you excel in your role. We are looking for a candidate that can demonstrates their openness to utilising A.I. to enhance outputs, especially in areas such as email content creation. Our approach is to have the "thinking" come from you, while A.I. is employed to refine and improve the final results.

Responsibilities:

Phone-based Customer Engagement:

Initiate outbound calls to existing customers, employing effective sales techniques.
Encourage customers to re-engage with our services and gather insights for business intelligence.
Maintain a positive and customer-friendly phone demeanour.

Sales Email Creation:

Craft compelling sales emails to drive customer engagement and repeat business.
Embrace A.I.-based tools to enhance email content and improve final results.
Leverage experience with email marketing platforms to define target audiences and schedule impactful sales emails.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Proven experience in phone-based customer engagement and reactivation.
Previous involvement in crafting compelling sales emails.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, HubSpot (or others).
Ability to define target audiences, craft engaging sales narratives, and schedule impactful email campaigns effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Openness to incorporating A.I.-based tools to enhance outputs and improve results.
