Respond and communicate with customers about the product order, delivery status, feedback, and follow-up in a timely and friendly manner via social media (both public and private messages) and over the telephone.
Communicate with the logistics partner or delivery personnel in activities like delivery requests, follow-up on delivery, tracking delivery, receipt of payments, etc.
Assist in the development of content and mock-ups for market promotion in coordination with the assigned designer.
Assist in the management of events, during participation in trade fairs, and promotional campaigns.
Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns.
Assist in conducting digital market research activities from planning to data generation.
Measure and report the performances of digital marketing campaigns, in the field.
Prepare and submit periodic data on leads generated, conversion rate, and other CRM tools.
Maintain the company and process SOPs at all levels.
Other responsibilities assigned by Supervisor.
