Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving website visibility and search engine rankings.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance website traffic and user engagement.
Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Create compelling and engaging content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Develop high-quality blog posts, articles, and other written materials that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand voice.
Oversee content creation by assigning tasks to team members and occasionally writing content as needed.
Manage and optimize BusSewa.com's social media presence, with a primary focus on Facebook.
Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Monitor social media trends and audience preferences, incorporating insights into content strategy and messaging.
Track app and website performance metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and content initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO optimization, content creation, and social media management.
Strong editorial skills with the ability to oversee content creation and maintain brand voice consistency.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas to engage target audience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in the travel or e-commerce industry is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
