Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and paid advertising.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Optimize content for the website and social media platforms for SEO and user engagement.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate success and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Manage and oversee social media accounts, including content scheduling and community engagement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush, etc.).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data to make informed decisions.
