We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in implementing innovative strategies to promote healthcare services and engage with patients and stakeholders. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in managing digital marketing campaigns.

Key Skills and Expertise:

Experience in leveraging digital channels such as social media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and content marketing to reach and engage target audiences effectively.
Ability to analyze market trends, patient demographics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
Expertise in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns, generate insights, and optimize ROI.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Excellent communication skills, including writing compelling copy for digital content, creating persuasive ad campaigns, and delivering impactful presentations to stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing initiatives that differentiate our healthcare organization and drive patient engagement.
Experience in managing online reputation, patient reviews, and social media interactions to maintain a positive brand image and enhance patient satisfaction.
Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, healthcare IT, telemedicine, and patient engagement platforms to stay ahead of the curve and drive continuous improvement.

Academic Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Management (BIM) or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results.
