The ideal candidate should have an understanding of digital marketing strategies and expertise in social media platforms and content creation. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining marketing campaigns that effectively engage our target audience and enhance brand visibility.

Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Thasikhel, Lalitpur

Type: Full-time, Onsite

Office Time: 7am- 4pm

Salary: 20-25 K + Commission on lead

Responsibilities:

Creating engaging content for various social media platforms.
Implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing future efforts.
Collaborating with a team to develop creative concepts and contribute to the overallmarketing plan.
Assisting in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Managing and updating the company website with fresh content.
Monitoring and responding to social media interactions to foster community engagement.
Preparing reports and presentations on marketing activities and performance.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze data insights and draw actionable insights
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
