Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintaining good relationship with clients through exceptional service.
Creating a positive experience for clients.
Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinating with the respective internal team about the client’s requirements in a professional manner.
Ensuring the on-time delivery of clients’ requirements.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools.
