Role Description

We seek a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Intern to join our team at Everestwalk Groups in Kathmandu. The Digital Marketing Intern will enhance the company’s online presence and engagement. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, and other online marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing: Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our website.
Digital Marketing: Assist in creating and executing digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and content marketing, to boost online visibility and generate leads.
Web Analytics: Utilize web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar) to monitor website traffic, analyze user behavior, and generate reports that provide insights into website performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Online Marketing Tasks: Support the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing), to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling content for various digital marketing channels, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand voice and marketing goals.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas for campaigns and projects, contributing to the overall marketing strategy and objectives.

Qualifications:

Skills and Knowledge:

Proficiency in social media marketing and digital marketing techniques.
Strong understanding of web analytics and online marketing tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating collaboration and support.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques and best practices.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
