Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist and Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies while also creating engaging content across various online platforms. You will work closely with the Sales team to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads through digital channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
Collaborate with the Sales/Marketing team to develop content calendars and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
Produce high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, infographics, videos, and email newsletters.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and industry best practices.
Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing metrics. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend optimizations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and propose new strategies to enhance the company's online presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, developers, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing initiatives.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure all digital assets adhere to brand guidelines.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, Mailchimp, and WordPress.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
Creativity and a keen eye for visual design, with the ability to create appealing graphics and videos.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Knowledge of industry best practices and the ability to adapt to evolving digital marketing trends.
A portfolio or examples of previous digital marketing campaigns and content creation work.
Shall be camera friendly.
