• Plan and implement digital strategies to enhance Company’s digital presence
• Create and manage content calendar, in partnership with the marketing team
• Manage and optimize content for social networking channels, websites, etc. interact with queries and comments on all platforms
• Respond and react to changes within social networks, changes in functionality, methods of engagement, etc.
• Maintain up-to-date digital data and dashboard of Company accounts
• Measure and monitor social activity, users' engagement, and feedback on the initiated post, demonstrate ROI on all digital marketing efforts
• Identify digital services and platform issues and take action to resolve them
• Create action plan post-social media coverage
