Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

1. Digital Campaign Management

Plan, develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and display advertising, to achieve lead generation and engagement goals.

2. Social Media Marketing

Oversee and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) with engaging content to enhance brand awareness and customer/student engagement.
Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies to align with organizational goals.

3. Content Creation and Management

Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content, including blogs, videos, images, and product descriptions, tailored to the target audience.
Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.

4. Lead Generation and Recruitment Support

Develop targeted digital campaigns to attract and recruit students, ensuring alignment with enrollment and engagement goals.
Track and nurture leads through digital channels to maximize conversions.

5. Email Marketing

Design and execute email campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking, to build customer loyalty and drive engagement.

6. Market and Competitor Analysis

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities in the digital space.
Adjust strategies based on insights to stay ahead in the industry.

7. Web Analytics and Reporting

Monitor, measure, and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
Prepare regular reports highlighting campaign effectiveness, ROI, and areas for improvement.

8. Customer Engagement and Support

Engage with followers and respond to inquiries, feedback, and customer/student concerns across digital platforms to ensure a positive brand experience.

9. Collaboration and Strategy

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader organizational objectives.
Innovate and implement strategies to enhance online presence and user engagement.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in relevant sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation strategies tailored to student recruitment.
Expertise in Marketing and Web Analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
Strong Digital Marketing knowledge, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Proven experience in managing and growing social media presence to drive engagement and generate leads.
Ability to design and execute targeted campaigns for student recruitment and engagement.
Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring ROI and refining strategies based on data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with diverse audiences, including students and partners.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing tools.
Experience with content creation, copywriting, and visual design using platforms like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with the education consultancy sector, including insights into student preferences and enrollment processes.
Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems to track and nurture prospective students.
Experience in influencer marketing or partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
