Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and hard-working Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Webmilli's services and products. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and optimize online campaigns across various platforms including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (a must).
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
Experience with SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

Monthly salary of Rs. 30,000 plus an additional performance bonus.
