Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Plan and execute all Digital Marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with the team.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Evaluate emerging technologies.
Submit updates on digital marketing activities and review of marketing budget and expenses.
Check for International marketing and branding Guidelines and maintain guidelines standard in Nepal.
Work in a team to achieve the goal of the Marketing Department.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (Illustrator, Photoshop), especially ADOBE SUITE.
Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo & video-editing software.
Demonstrable good knowledge on design and color theory.
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines.
Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and create new creative ideas.
Should possess passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair.
Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time.
