We are a boutique animation and illustration agency looking for a proactive, experienced professional to drive business growth through digital marketing, client acquisition, and lead generation—without the need for constant guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and secure global clients, particularly in tech, SaaS, and creative industries.
Social Media & SEO: Manage social media channels and implement SEO strategies to increase brand visibility.
Website Management: Oversee content updates and collaborate with developers to enhance user experience.
Digital Marketing: Execute email campaigns, outreach, and promotional strategies.
Analytics: Track, analyze, and optimize key metrics like traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
Proposals & RFPs: Develop tailored proposals and respond to client requests.

Requirements:

4+ years in digital marketing/business development, preferably in an animation or creative agency.
Proven SEO, social media, and client acquisition experience.
Track record of working with global clients independently.
Strong organizational and English communication skills.
