Roles and responsibilities of this job

EB Pearls is looking for DevOps Trainee to perform various administrative and operative tasks and support our IT & Systems Support department’s daily activities.

This position will be responsible for monitoring the overall system and verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware as well as server resources.

Salary: Competitive and Negotiable
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 5:30pm Report to: IT & DevOps Manager

What we are looking for:

University Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent in relevant stream.
Freshers are encouraged to apply. 1 year of related experience preferred
What you will be doing:
Perform system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of server resources
Manage Cloud based services in AWS
Ability to work and conduct research independently
Assist team to complete tasks in support of IT systems
Deployment of website
Managing CI/CD pipelines via GIT

Competencies and Experiences that we are looking for:

Knowledge on Linux/windows server
Familiarity with version control concepts (Git)
Skills Preferred
Knowledge of Linux Scripting
Clear understanding of cloud services and computer networks
Excellent team player
Good communication skills
