Reporting Line: Supply Chain Planning Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing production schedules based on master planning of sales requirement and production capacity
• Determine manpower, raw material, equipment needed to cover the production demand
• Scheduling work shifts in close coordination with individual departments and HR
• Monitoring materials supplies and prepare inventory report to avoid stoppage and loss of available production window
• Flag and troubleshoot the production issues and alter the master production schedule if needed to support the Demand Planning System
• Prepare periodical reports based on findings and performance of production, circulate them to respective stakeholders
• Coordinate to conduct Sales & Operations planning meeting as per the pre aligned calendar
