Job Description:

The Demand Generation Coordinator (DGC) will be responsible for implementing an impactful demand generation activation strategy designed to diagnose and meet the community needs, build client awareness, product/ service uptake, and build SPN brand loyalty. S/he should also visit key stakeholders and referral points on regular basis to motivate and increase referral service numbers in centres. This is field based position and will require extensive travel within assigned district.

Qualification and Experience Required:

Minimum of +2 academic qualification (Bachelor’s in any discipline preferred)
Minimum of 1-year experience in carrying out demand generation or sales activities (preferably focused on sexual and reproductive health)
Demonstrated experience in working in the community and mobilizing local community staff
Experience in working in coordination with Government or other key stakeholders
Should have a valid two-wheel driving license
