Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Operate and manage casino games at our hotel and restaurant venues
Ensure fair play and the integrity of all games
Monitor players for signs of cheating or suspicious behavior
Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers
Train and mentor new dealers in proper dealing techniques
Investigate and resolve any customer complaints or disputes
Maintain accurate records of gameplay and payouts
Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

In-depth knowledge of a variety of casino games, including black jack, roulette, poker, and all types of cards
Strong customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of gaming regulations and laws
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
