Dlytica Nepal is looking for talented Data Scientists to join its Data Science & AI team. The role involves developing data-driven solutions, machine learning models, and AI applications for enterprise projects and international clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, SQL, machine learning, modern AI technologies, and MLOps, along with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and AI models.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify meaningful insights and business opportunities.
Build data science solutions using Python, SQL, Databricks, and MLflow.
Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models using PyTorch/TensorFlow.
Work on NLP, Generative AI, LLM, and RAG-based solutions.
Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, AI specialists, and business stakeholders.
Participate in requirement gathering, technical discussions, solution design, and project delivery.
Apply MLOps practices for model development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders.

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years after Bachelor’s degree
Senior/Lead: 8+ years after Bachelor’s degree

Technical Skills

Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Databricks, MLflow, PyTorch / TensorFlow, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MLOps
Communication & Client-Facing Requirements
Strong professional English communication skills are mandatory.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
International client or project experience is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience working on enterprise-level Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning projects.
Experience with international clients and distributed project teams.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or NLP.
Experience developing and deploying production-ready AI/ML solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
