Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for entry
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
Maintain accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our systems
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Apply data program techniques and procedures
Generate reports, store completed work in designated location and perform backup operations
Scan documents, upload and print files, when needed
Keep information confidential
Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
Comply with data integrity and security policies

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator
Experience with MS Excel (high priority), MS Office and data programs
Comfortable with office equipment including computer, telephone, scanner, calculator and photocopier
Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Strong attention to detail
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Must have good internet access with laptop/computer.
Candidates should work for 6-8 hours continuously per day.
