Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Data Analytics Manager provides analytical support to the Account team for client support. This position requires an in-depth understanding of US Healthcare data, encompassing a technical understanding of relevant EDI formats and subject matter knowledge on codes. Effective communication of complex technical issues with both non-technical account team members and client counterparts is a key aspect of this role.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with various teams in the organization to ensure accurate client implementation
Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and abstract up from low-level information to a standardized format
Capture and communicate Business Use Cases to all team members
Be responsible for communication and resolution of clients' technical issues
Ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate for a smooth handoff over to maintenance clients
Recruit, train, and mentor subordinates
Monitor resource utilization
Monitor the performance of resources
Ensure organizational policies and procedures are followed by the team
Perform additional related duties as necessary

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent)
Over 5 years of experience in data, including either EDI-related or subject matter-related roles
Experience with US Healthcare Data is an advantage
Should initiate work processes and work diligently to ensure that the client's expectations are met
Proficiency in SQL is essential
Familiarity with cloud-based processing is beneficial
Knowledge of Postgres/Redshift is advantageous, along with expertise in working with parsing tools
Scripting in Python is a plus
Effective communication skills in English are required
