Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The teacher will enable students/Artists to appreciate dance as an art form
Develop a sense of rhythm and beat through dance movements
The individual will ensure that dance is explored as a medium to stretch ones physical capacity and imaginative faculties
The Dance teacher will help the students/Artists develop aesthetic sensibility, alongside techniques, such as types of footwork, body movement, and expression used in these dances

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

A Dance teacher must have a strong background in the Performing Arts, including experience in classical or modern dance. The individual has to be able to present and follow choreography. The teacher must be able to relate to younger dancers, and be willing to listen to the dancers' feedback.

Should be smart and proactive
Should posses excellent communication skills
Should be able to generate enthusiasm and interest among students
