Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dynamic Client Relations and Support Officer to bridge the gap between our innovative software solutions and our valued B2B clients.

In this role, you will be the face of our customer care and the driving force behind long-term client success, ensuring smooth onboarding, rapid issue resolution, and strong relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Product Expertise: Deeply understand our company’s software products, modules, and features to provide expert guidance.
Client Support Coordination: Manage, coordinate, and ensure the timely resolution of customer support queries and technical issues.
Relationship Management: Maintain exceptionally strong, trusting relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins and consistent follow-ups.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal technical and product teams to troubleshoot complex client issues efficiently.
Onboarding & Engagement: Lead client onboarding sessions and execution of engagement activities to drive maximum product adoption.
Account Growth: Identify strategic opportunities to upsell additional services, modules, or features based on client needs.
Data & Feedback Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of customer communications, feedback, and support histories.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 2 years

Other Specification

MBA preferred; an equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will also be considered.
Experience in B2B sales, customer support, or client relationship management in a similar industry.
Experience in software, SaaS, HR software, ERP, or IT-related industry will be an advantage.
Exceptional communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
A positive, solution-oriented attitude with a strong team-player mentality.
Ability to quickly grasp complex software functionality and explain it clearly to non-technical users.

Client Retention & Satisfaction: Keeping churn low and client happiness high.
SLA Alignment: Ensuring swift, coordinated, and successful support resolution timelines.
Relationship-Driven Growth: Securing client referrals and unlocking new revenue streams/upsells from existing accounts.
