Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for confident and fluent English-speaking Customer Support (UK Based) to provide high-quality customer and sales support to UK-based clients. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and at least 1 year of experience in an international CSR company inbound or outbound (outbound sales experience is highly preferable).

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from UK-based customers with fluent English communication.
Assist customers in understanding products/services and proactively engage in up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
Process orders, track deliveries, and assist with service modifications as per customer requests.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

At least 1 year experience in an international CSR company inbound or outbound (outbound sales experience is highly preferable)
Fluent in British English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for sales conversions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
