Customer Support Representative

We are looking for friendly, hardworking, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will assist customers with their orders, respond to inquiries, resolve basic issues, and ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and pleasant shopping experience at Giftmandu. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or bachelor-level students who are eager to learn and grow in the e-commerce field.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Assist with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and providing product information.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain polite, clear, and professional communication at all times.
• Resolve basic customer issues with patience and a positive attitude.
• Coordinate with delivery, packing, and other teams for smooth operations.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
• Stay updated on company products, services, promotions, and policies.
• Work with other departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (running or completed).
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or related experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Calm under pressure and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and Microsoft Office.

Working Hours: 8 hours per day (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
