Your Role:

• Handle customer calls & inquiries professionally
• Respond to messages via email & web chat 
• Provide top-notch customer support & problem-solving 
• Maintain strong client relationships 

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional spoken & written English
• Confidence in handling calls & customer interactions
• Full-time commitment (Office-Based, NOT remote)
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
• Location: Bhaisepti, Lalitpur (Temporary Address) Our office will be shifted in Thapathali, Kathmandu
