About the job

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree and are encouraged to apply, including recent graduates. The role requires exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service and support via phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:
