Role Description

This is an internship role for a customer service representative at Mad Ads Agency in Kathmandu. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. This is an on-site role based in Kathmandu.

Qualifications

• Customer service representatives and customer support skills
• Knowledge of the Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram)
• Content writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Nepali and English
